- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup chives
- 1/2 cup mirin
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- 1 lb shrimp
- 2 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper
Add the garlic, chives, mirin, chili flakes and a pinch of salt and pepper to a blender.
Blend ingredients together until they form a liquid.
Add your butter and raw shrimp to a pan with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook shrimp until pink.
Pour the sauce from the blender over top of shrimp in pan.
Remove shrimp from pan. Drizzle shrimp with fresh lemon juice, and sprinkle black sesame seeds and chopped chives over top. Enjoy!
