Ingredients:

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup chives
  • 1/2 cup mirin
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

Add the garlic, chives, mirin, chili flakes and a pinch of salt and pepper to a blender.
