After a hard day it's so easy to reach for the bag of chips that's calling to you from the pantry. But once you've had a few (or the whole bag) you'll just be hungry and disappointed in yourself.
Take the guilt out of snacking with these yogurt drops. They have whatever tasty flavor of yogurt you prefer combined with the crunchiness of chocolate. Plus, they're healthy! It's a triple threat.
- Yogurt (we used strawberry, but any flavor will work). You can use as much or as little as you want, but a large container will fill a bowl once they're frozen.
Pour your yogurt into a piping bag. It helps if you use a glass to hold the bag open.
Cut the bottom off your bag and squeeze out your drops on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
Freeze the tray for 1 hour.
The drops should peel off easily.
You can enjoy these one their own, use them as a topping, or mix with granola, raisins, whatever sounds tasty!
