It's a pretty hard challenge: one player stands in the middle surrounded by his teammates, who are sitting down. One by one, the player in the middle must head the ball to each teammate and they head it back. Once every team member has touched it (and the ball hasn't hit the floor), the player in the middle must head the ball into a trash can.
It's great exercise in concentration and teamwork, not to mention incredible patience. But this college soccer team out of Syracuse managed to complete the challenge and when they did? Ultimate bedlam.
Watching these players to excited to have completed something together reminds you why sports are so important to growing children. It provides a sense of community, and in this case, brotherhood.
