10 Model Kids With Famous Supermodel Moms

They say the apple doesn't fall too far from the free and this rings true for a lot of famous models. Some of the world's biggest female supermodels, from Christie Brinkley to Cindy Crawford, have passed on the torch to the next generation.

Their kids have hit the good genes and talent jackpot and they're now putting their winnings to great use. Here are 10 supermodels whose children are also strutting the runway just like their iconic mothers:

1. Yolanda Foster: Gigi and Bella Hadid

After retiring in 1994 to raise her family, model Yolanda Foster passed on the torch to her daughter, Gigi and Bella Hadid.

22-year-old Gigi was named the 2016 International Model of the Year by the British Fashion Council and has already made it on the cover of the world's biggest magazines including Vogue. Her younger sister, 20-year-old Bella has signed with IMG Models since 2014 and has made numerous appearances at New York Fashion Week. She's also been featured in editorials in Vogue, Elle, Harper's Bazaar and GQ.

2. Christie Brinkley: Sailor Lee Brinkley-Cook

The former face of CoverGirl and Sports Illustrated Swimsuit babe's modelling legacy is carried on by her daughter Sailor Lee Brinkley-Cook.


The 19-year-old decided to follow in her mother's footsteps at a very young age and is already dominating the modelling world. She is currently signed with IMG and made her debut in Teen Vogue back in 2013. She has since appeared on multiple magazine covers and editorials including her very own Sports Illustrated Swimsuit spread.

3. Grace Jones: Paulo Goude

The legendary model-turned pop singer changed the face of the modelling industry in the 80s with her iconic androgynous look. Her son, Paulo inherited her talent on the runway and on stage.

The 37-year-old is part of a three-piece band called Trybez, but whenever he's not making music, he fits in a fashion show or two. He's walked for some the world's biggest fashion houses including Margiela.


4. Kim Basinger: Ireland Baldwin

Prior to Basinger's foray into acting, she worked as a model on a contract with Ford Modelling Agency. After a few years in the fashion industry and hundreds of appearances later, she realized it wasn't for her which prompted her move to LA. During her second marriage to actor Alec Baldwin, Basinger welcomed a daughter, Ireland, who is now a model.

5. Jerry Hall: Georgia May Jagger

Grace Jones and Jessica Lange's former supermodel roommate, Jerry Hall, dominated the 70s modelling scene. By the late 70s, she had been on the covers of over 40 publications including Cosmopolitan and Italian Vogue. She's now retired but her daughter with Mick Jagger, Georgia May, has taken after her.

The 25-year-old British beauty has modelled for some of the most popular brands including Chanel, Versace and Vivienne Westwood. She has been one of the faces of Rimmel cosmetics since 2009.

6. Cindy Crawford: Presley and Kaia Gerber

The 90s "It" girl was one of the decades highest paid models with over 500 appearances at runway shows, in magazines, and on television. She retired in 2000 to spend time with her family, but her family is once again getting all the attention, thanks to her model kids.

Her daughter, Kaia, 15, made her debut at 10-years old when she starred in a campaign for Versace children's line, while her son, Presley, 18, made his first appearance at the Moschino resort show in 2016.

7. Patti Hansen: Alexandra and Theodora Richards

The "cool" supermodel was scouted at a hot dog stand and signed with Wilhelmina modelling agency at the age of 16. She's worked with many fashion greats and by the age of 23 she was on a Times Square billboard as the face of Calvin Klein Jeans. Hansen passed down her cool factor to her daughters with rocker Keith Richards, Alexandra and Theodora.


Alexandra, 31, and Theodora, 32, have carved out successful careers in modelling from a young age. They have appeared in some of the world's largest publications including Vogue, Vanity Fair, Harper's Bazaar and Playboy. The sisters also have inherited their father's talent and dabble in some DJing when they're not busy posing or strutting the catwalk.

8. Kelly LeBrock: Arissa LeBrock

Long before appearing in Weird Science and Hard to Kill alongside her ex-husband, Steven Seagal, LeBrock made a name for herself as a high fashion and beauty model. At the height of her career, she was the star of a Christian Dior campaign and the spokesperson for Pantene Shampoo, which resulted in the pop culture catchphrase "Don't hate me because I'm beautiful."

9. Jennifer Flavin: Sistine Stallone

The former model had her start with Elite Modelling Agency in Los Angeles at the age of 19. She went on to appear on the cover of Cosmopolitan and Marie Claire and walked in runway shows for designers like Versace and Rocco Barocco in the 90s.

Flavin has left the modelling world a long time ago but she has passed the baton to her middle daughter, Sistine Stallone.

The 19-year-old signed with IMG models and already has impressive achievements to add to her resume. She recently appeared in Harper's Bazaar and prior to that she walked for Chanel and TopShop.

10. Andie McDowell: Margaret Qualley

Even though she is still the face of many skin care brands, McDowell was at her prime in the 80s and 90s. The model and actress has worked with major magazines like Vogue and modelled for Armani, Yves Saint Laurent and Calvin Klein. She's been the face of L'Oreal for the last 30 years, but she may finally have someone vying for her spot - her daughter, Margaret Qualley.

The 22-year-old took after her mom and began to pursue modelling at the age of 16. She made her debut at New York Fashion week, then followed up on her success by modelling for Chanel and Valentino at Paris Fashion Week in 2012. Just like her mom, she's posed for multiple publications like Vogue, Teen Vogue, Vanity Fair, Nylon and W. She's currently stars as Jill Garvey on the HBO television series The Leftovers.
