  • 1/2 cantaloupe
  • 6 ounces nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rasperries
  • 1 tablespoon fresh blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon raw pepita seeds

Granola & Banana

  • 1/2 cantaloupe
  • 6 ounces nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 Banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons granola

White Chocolate & Pine Nuts

  • 1/2 cantaloupe
  • 6 ounces nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons white chocolate, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts, chopped

Dark Chocolate & Dried Cherries

  • 1/2 cantaloupe
  • 6 ounces nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons dried cherries

Directions:

1. Scoop the seeds from your cantaloupe.

2. Fill the hole with your yogurt.
