According to Gordon-Levitt, his wife Tasha McCauley, doesn't like the spotlight. She reportedly has degrees in robotics and business administration as well as becoming a mom to their now 2 sons.
The eldest boy turns 2 next month, and the couple just welcomed a new baby boy last month.
In a 2015 interview, he explained that his career choice put him in the spotlight and that was a choice he made. He wants to afford his son that same decision.
"So, for now, I'm just a protective dad, and I want to protect his privacy," he added.
