5. Oil massages

Massaging natural oils (such as olive, avocado, coconut, grape seed or almond) into your skin will help to firm it up, and keep it feeling smooth. Olive oil is full of vitamin A, vitamin E, which both have anti-aging properties.

Warm some olive oil in the microwave before applying to your skin. Massage it in using circular motions for roughly 10 minutes. Do this daily before heading to bed, for the best results.


6. Honey

Apart from being a deliciously sweet treat, honey is also chalk-full of naturally hydrating, antioxidant, and anti-aging ingredients that are great for your aging skin.

Mix a couple tablespoons of honey with a few drops of both lemon juice and olive oil. Apply it your neck and face and let it dry naturally. Rinse it off with warm water, and pat dry your skin. Do this a couple times a day for optimum results.

Another natural astringent, rose water is great for toning and tightening any loose skin. It is also great for keeping your skin clear.

Put some rose water on your neck and face before you head off to bed for the night. It will keep your pores tight, and will help prevent premature aging signs.

Strawberries might not be natural astringents, but they work that way when they come in contact with your skin. Full of vitamin C that helps boost the creation of collagen, strawberries help to keep your skin looking smooth and firm.

Crush a few ripe strawberries before mixing them with a couple of teaspoons of both honey and yogurt. Apply this mixture to your neck and face, and leave it on for five minutes. Clean it off with lukewarm water. Do this daily for several weeks in order to get the best results.

Eating strawberries can also help speed the process along.
