A Fresh New Way to Enjoy All Your Favorite Fruits This Summer!

Eating fruit salad with your hands can be a sticky and tricky ordeal, unless you put them in a fresh Fruit spring rolls!

Not only is this super tasty, it is absolutely beautiful! All the different fruit colors popping out of the roll looks like a stained glass window!


Roll 1:

  • Strawberry (sliced)
  • Mango (julienned)
  • Peach (sliced)
  • Mint

Roll 2:

  • Raspberry
  • Mango (julienned)
  • Strawberry (sliced)
  • Mint

Roll 3:

  • Kiwi (diced)
  • Banana (sliced)
  • Strawberry (sliced)
  • Mint

Dipping sauce:

  • Juice from1 lemon
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoon honey


  1. Slice all of the fruit into desired shapes.
  2. Working with one sheet at a time, soak a rice paper sheet in warm water for 5-10 seconds, until it softens. Lay flat on a plate and place your desired fillings in the center. Wrap into a spring roll, making sure to pull the rice paper taught.
  3. To make the dipping sauce, combine the lemon juice, lime juice and honey in a small bowl.
