Ya'll will be delighted! This simple ingredient slab pie makes a perfect little treat just like my mama used to make! She always made the best desserts, treats and well just everything. Anything that comes out of that woman's kitchen is just to die for!

Some of the best things she made were all the little desserts. Any family occasion we had, she always had the best variety. Everything from chocolate, peanut butter, and these buttermilk squares. SO GOOD!

With only a few simple steps, enjoy a late afternoon snack the whole family will love. Really easy to make, I made them for my own family just a week ago. My kids loved them just as much as I did, or I should say still do.

The nice thing about these bars is they are perfect for anyone who doesn't have a crazy sweet tooth. They aren't overpoweringly sweet, just enough for any taste bud to enjoy. Try them out this weekend for your family, I promise you they will NOT disappoint.

To make this Southern pie, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Using a large baking pan, lightly spray pan with Pam and line with parchment paper. Set aside. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and powdered sugar.
