Arby's Is Adding Two New Meats To The Menu

Arby's is known for a lot of things, most importantly their meat. After all, if your slogan is going to be "We have the Meats," you're going to have to deliver.

It's not just roast beef that they specialize in, either. Arby's has a line of chicken sandwiches that will satisfy your taste buds any day of the week.

And, for those of you who are a little more adventurous, they have a triple thick brown sugar bacon sandwich that would make Elvis proud.

Or you can get the extra thick bacon on a different sandwich, like the Half Pound Club and Turkey Sandwich.

However, Arby's has decided to introduce two new sandwiches to their menu, and the meats are ones that have never been included on a fast food menu before.

Last year, Arby's introduced a venison burger for certain locations in the United States. It includes a thick-cut venison steak which is marinated in garlic, salt, and pepper. Then there's crispy onions and juniper berry sauce on top. YUM!

But now, Arby's has decided to release the venison burger nationwide.

"The positive response to our limited offering of venison last year was so widespread and passionate that we knew we had to find a way to offer it nationwide," Jim Taylor, chief marketing officer of Arby's said in a news release. "On October 21, we want hunters and meat enthusiasts across the country to visit their local Arby's and enjoy this amazing sandwich. It's a perfect example of the level of innovation coming from our teams and our commitment to creating experiences that guests can only get at Arby's."

"If people are interested in trying the sandwich, the only way to guarantee they can get one is to get there when we open or a little before and make sure they are in line, just like the folks last year," chief marketing officer, Rob Lynch, says.

There will also be a limited-edition elk sandwich available in three restaurants. They'll be in Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana, which are the most popular elk hunting states in the country.

Would you line up to try one of these sandwiches?
