Disney animated movies transcend generations, which is why we're super excited when we hear about their next movie or live concert.

In 2016, The Little Mermaid was live at the Hollywood Bowl with an incredible cast. Pop singer Sara Bareilles was a brilliant choice to play Ariel. Rebel Wilson played the story's villain, Ursula, and Glee star Darren Criss played the dashing prince.

Movie critics adored the film, and praised everyone involved for recreating such breathtaking scenery: "It [was] absolutely beautiful, especially when creating the shimmering underwater kingdom complete with bubbles, one of many special effects achieved through animation and projection. When combined with the lighting and costumes this show is a colorfully visual masterpiece," Elizabeth Marie Himchak reviewed the performance for the San Diego Union-Tribune.

After the huge success of The Little Mermaid, another enchanting Disney world will unfold before our eyes: Beauty and the Beast. Director Richard Kraft will also be in charge of making this world a reality.

Here's everything you need to know about the Beauty and the Beast in Concert at the Hollywood Bowl. With a cast like this one, it's hard to imagine that this Disney concert will disappoint.

Actress and singer-songwriter Zooey Deschanel will play Belle, and Anthony Evans will play the Beast.

"Performing Beauty and the Beast, one of my favorite movies growing up, in a special concert at the legendary Hollywood Bowl, is a dream come true," Deschanel said in a press release. "I am looking forward to what I'm sure will be a magical event."

We'll be seeing Rebel Wilson again, but this time she'll be singing the role of LeFou.

Kelsey Grammer will be singing "Be Our Guest" as Lumiere. Taye Diggs will play Gaston, and Jane Krakowski will play Mrs. Potts.

"We are mixing film, live music, singers, dancers, digital projections, effects, and special guest artists to create an event that pays homage to the original movie but also delivers something that can only be experienced live," Kraft said.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Beauty and the Beast in Concert at the Hollywood Bowl will be performed on May 25 and May 26. Tickets will be available on this Friday, March 16, on Ticketmaster.
