Boy Rushes To "Save" Sister During Wrestling Match, And We Can't Handle It

The bond between a brother and sister is something that cannot be matched. Sure, they may bicker constantly and pretend they hate each other, but the second someone else tries to come after their sibling, it's game over. Only they are allowed to make their life miserable. No one else.

For two-year-old Jash, he's already protective of his older sister, 4-year-old Ruby.

"They pretty much do everything together," their mom, Crystal Lewis, says. "They're together all the time except for when she goes to preschool "” they usually include each other in what ever they're playing."

But during a wresting match between Ruby and her opponent, Jash got a little too protective.

You see, Jash had never seen Ruby wrestle before, so he didn't understand that someone was supposed to be getting physical with her. Ruby was fighting 5-year-old Ryan Prendergast, and when it looked like Ryan was going to win, Jash's instincts kicked in. The toddler stormed the mat and tried to take down Ryan himself.

"He seemed to be going right for him," Lewis says of Jash. "There was no pre-warning or anything. We were just intently watching [the match] and we couldn't stop him."

"I could not believe that that happened," Lewis, says. "I was a little embarrassed for a second, but the whole room was laughing."

Ryan ended up winning the match, but his mom said he was a little confused.

"He told me, "˜Mommy, I'm only supposed to wrestle one person,'" she tells PEOPLE. "He thought they were trying to get him to wrestle two people. He just had fun with his meet and it was only his fourth time wrestling."

The video is pretty hilarious, as Jash wastes no time making sure his sister is okay. Prendergast's video has gained more than 500,000 views in a matter of days.

"I thought it was so cute. I just had to share it, but I didn't know it was gonna be this popular," she said. "I thought it was so funny and so cute how protective he was of his sister."

Would you ever do something like this for your sibling?
