However, it takes quite the special talent to get noticed and launch a successful career.
Pop singer Justin Bieber was able to accomplish this at an early age. He used to sing in the streets as a kid, until he started posting his singing videos on YouTube so that his grandmother could watch them.
Over the years, he amassed a large group of followers. He was discovered by Usher, and the rest is history!
It's probably every kid's dream in America to reach that level of fame that Justin Bieber has. But all you need is the right talent and supportive followers.
While this 10-year-old boy singing in Walmart may not be the next Justin Bieber, he has a good shot at it.
Mason Ramsey has dreamed of becoming a country western singer for as long as he can remember.
Two years ago, he won first place in the Beginner Division of the 27th Annual Kentucky Opry Talent Search.
His acoustic cover of Hank Williams's beloved song "Hey Good Lookin'" on YouTube also helped to boost his popularity.
But it's his recent visit to his local Walmart store in Harrisburg, Illinois that's got a lot of people talking...
It's clear that Mason was preparing to do something spectacular right when he stepped into the store.
He was dressed in cowboy boots, jeans with a big belt buckle, a tucked-in white collar shirt, and a red bowtie. He even had his blonde hair slicked to the side!
If his appearance wasn't enough to grab your attention, his singing will.
Mason stopped by one aisle and started yodeling Hank Williams's classic song "Lovesick Blues."

David, a Twitter user, witnessed the performance, and immediately uploaded the video to the social media platform. Hours later, Mason's yodeling went viral.
David's clip has been viewed more than 16 million times, and people from around the world now know Mason as the "Yodeling Walmart Boy."
According to residents from his local town, this isn't the first time that Mason has put on a show! In fact, he's quite the entertainer and loves to perform for an audience.
Upon learning about his sudden rise to fame, the aspiring country singer is working to put out more videos.

I think the reason why Mason has taken the world by storm is because of his hard work, which is clearly evident.
It takes a lot of courage for a young boy to perform in public and upload videos of himself on social media platforms, where anyone is free to judge him.
Luckily, he has a lot of support, and some are asking for Ellen DeGeneres to bring him on her show.
"We better be seeing him on Ellen soon! He's going to go big no matter what," wrote one Twitter user.
