Caramel & Pecan Cheesecake Dip Is a Must When Throwing Your next Holiday Party!

This creamy cheesecake dip gets it extra fluffiness from what else but marshmallow! Rich caramel and crunchy pecans give sweetness and crunch! Dip whatever cookies or fruits you want end make sure to keep this recipe for yourself!


For the dip:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons dulce de leche

For the topping:

  • ½ cup pecans, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons dulce de leche
  • ½-1 teaspoon milk

For serving:

  • Apple slices, optional
  • Digestive biscuits, optional


  1. For the dip, stir together the cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, and dulce de leche until well-combined. Scoop into a serving bowl or dish.
  2. For topping, sprinkle pecans evenly over cream cheese mixture.
  3. Warm up dulce de leche in the microwave until warm, about 10 seconds. Stir in ½ teaspoon of milk to thin out the dulce de leche, adding another ½ teaspoon if necessary to be able to drizzle it.
  4. Drizzle the warmed dulce de leche over the dip, then serve with apple slices or digestive biscuits, or anything else you like! Enjoy!
