Carrie Underwood has been a voice of inspiration for the last few years. She has been someone who has been transparent with the world in order to help people deal with their own insecurities. After her fall in 2017 she shared with the world her struggles with her facial reconstructions, She also went on CBS Sunday Morning to discuss her three previous miscarriages with husband Mike Fisher.

Carrie has always been able to tell it like it is, taking it to Instagram and letting her followers know that "bouncing back" after her pregnancy with son Jacob has not been an easy journey.

Carrie explained to her followers, " I go into the gym and I can't run as fast or as far. I can't lift as much weight or do as many reps as I could a year ago. I just want to feel like myself again ..... For my body to feel the way I know it can."

Carrie finished her post with a positive message. She told her followers that " I'm going to keep staying the path because it is a journey and as long as I'm always working towards my goals, one day I'll reach them. I'm going to take it day by day, smile at the girl in the mirror, and work out because I love this body and all it has done and will continue to do."

One thing is for sure we can always count on Carrie to remind us that  we are all human and that even celebrities feel just as awkward and uncomfortable as we do.
