  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ cup onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 3 teaspoons diced pickles
  • 1 egg
  • 1 roll of pizza dough
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 egg yolk, whisked
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Fry the bacon in medium skillet until crispy, then add ground beef, onions and salt and pepper. Stir periodically until beef is completely cooked.
  3. Drain beef of excess grease and pour into a bowl, add mustard, ketchup, pickles and egg, then stir until combined. Set aside.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough, use a cookie cutter to cut 12 circles and place 1 tablespoon of cheese on the dough circles then 1 tablespoon of ground beef. Form the portions into balls and close them well by squeezing the dough.
  5. Put the balls on a baking tray. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 15 minutes or until golden.
