- 1 1/2 lbs tortellini, cooked
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup mozarella, grated
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 slices prosciutto
- Fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/4 cup pepperoni, sliced,
- 1 garlic clove, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp plain flour
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare your tortellini noodles according to the box.
In a saucepan, add the olive oil and heat it up. Fry your pepperoni until it starts to get crispy.
Add the garlic into the saucepan, stirring it in for a few seconds, then add in the Italian seasoning, flour and garlic. Whisk it until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
Add the cheddar to the sauce pan and mix it until blended, then remove from heat and put aside.
Line a deep baking dish with the cooked tortellini. Pour the cheese sauce over the top, then also pour the pizza sauce over that, mixing the two together.
Sprinkle the prosciutto over the top, then top with basil and mozzarella.
