There's a reason why millions of people tuned in every week to watch husband and wife duo Chip and Joanna Gaines on HGTV.
The former Fixer Upper stars may no longer be on the network (they want to focus on their other businesses and family), but that doesn't mean they have given up on building and transforming homes across the country.
The couple, who recently welcomed a baby boy, have been working on fixing up a classic-style home for a while, and Joanna has finally shared the final results with her fans on social media.
Chip and Joanna's latest fix-up is located in Waco, Texas, and was recently featured in the Parade of Homes by the Heart of Texas Builders Association, an annual showcase of homes that takes place in various cities all over the nation.
While those who wanted to visit the home during the event had to purchase a $10 ticket, Joanna has made it possible for fans who couldn't attend to get a glimpse of what the interior looks like through photos she posted on Instagram.
"We just finished this classic style home that we've been building here in town and I feel like it's reveal day!" the home renovation expert wrote in the caption of her post. "Now that it's complete and ready to go on the market, I can't wait to see who makes this place their home."
According to the Parade of Homes description of the charming abode, Chip and Joanna incorporated both modern and traditional touches and custom upgrades into the home.
The unique home includes four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a bonus upper-level room, and an outdoor kitchen.
The custom upgrades include "warm materials, such as off-white walls and European oak floors," cabinets with antique mirror glass, Carrara marble, handmade tiles, white oak beams, and a tudor-arched fireplace.
Overall, fans were pleased with the decor, but there were some who criticized the couple's excessive use of white and grey.
"Whites and grays seem to be THE thing now," read one comment on Facebook. "Hard for me to feel "˜homey' in this. I prefer warm and cozy with color." Another said that the home was "bland."
Regardless of the color scheme used or the fact that it doesn't suit everyone's taste, there is no arguing that the house has been beautifully decorated.
Whoever moves in will be lucky to have such a gorgeous space designed by Chip and Joanna. If they want to add touches of color, there are plenty of ways to do so with artwork, pillows, rugs and other decorative pieces.
If you're a fan of Joanna's penchant for modern decor is something you like, you can shop her 2018 fall Hearth & Hand with Magnolia collection at your local Target store.
