Print Recipe

Pecan pie is a delicious dessert staple around my house. Everyone loves it and we haven't strayed from the original recipe...ever! I was feeling adventurous when I saw this Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie and decided it was time to try something new.

Let me tell you that you will not be disappointed! This dessert is everything you love about classic pecan pie, with the flavor kicked up a couple notches. The chocolate and bourbon add just enough decadence to really get your attention and keep you craving it long after it's gone.

My husband - who does not like change - totally loved this pie! It's the perfect mix of all the yummy flavors of traditional pecan pie, mixed with rich melted chocolate and a hint of bourbon. I wasn't surprised when I caught my hubby sneaking seconds later that evening, it really is that good!
