Take A Look Inside Eddie Murphy's Breathtaking $10 Million Mansion

At 9125 Vista De Lago Court in Granite Bay, California sits a single family home that makes my beautiful three-bedroom home look like a shack in comparison.

I'm talking about Eddie Murphy's former 12,600-square-foot mansion, which overlooks Folsom lake with unparalleled views of the Sacremento skyline and Sierra Nevada mountains.

Valued at $10 million, the home boasts 10 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, a home theater, an arcade, and a gym. The main house is located on a property that also has a 5,200-square-foot guest house, a pool, nine-car garage, as well as tennis and basketball courts.

As one of the highest-paid actors in Hollywood (he has a net worth of $85 million), it's no surprise that the Coming to America star once lived in such a flashy property.

The comedian and his ex-wife Nicole purchased and completed the property in 1998. They lived at the palatial until their divorce forced the father-of-nine to sell the house in 2007. At the time, he sold it for a whopping $12 million!

Now, the house is back on the market, but this time, it's going for a much lower price of $10 million.

If you're not ready to spend that much on a property, you can still have a look at the glitzy interior:

If you were wondering why there is no television in the living room it's because it doesn't need one. The Murphys have something even better to keep them entertained: a home theater complete with an arcade and old school popcorn machine.

The gym, which measures 1,200 square feet is as big as an average apartment! It is fully equipped with a sauna, steam room, and all the machines needed to stay in shape without having to worry about paying for a monthly membership.

If the family isn't in the mood to work out indoors, then they can play a game or two on the tennis and basketball courts on the property.

After touring the space, any other house might seem like a downgrade, but Murphy actually managed to outdo himself with his next purchase.

In 2005, he built an extravagant Beverly Hills mansion in an exclusive gated community. The 18, 598-square-foot house is reportedly worth $20 million and has 10 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms, a pool, and even a bowling alley!
