Crunchy cucumbers are the perfect summer snack! They're refreshing and oh-so-delicious, but have you ever wondered what they would taste like with a little alcoholic kick? No? Well it's time to switch things up from your traditional pickle recipe and try something new!

These Gin and Tonic Pickles will become one of your personal faves. I mean, gin and tonic cocktails are delicious, so it's not crazy to think that these pickles would be fabulously tasty - and they are! No regrets here.

Cut up your cucumbers into long spears. Place them in a mason jar and add your lime slices.

Add the rest of the ingredients and shake to combine.

Make sure your pickles are fully submerged!

  • 1/2 cup of gin
  • 1/4 cup of lime juice
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup tonic water
