'Tis the season for festive cheer on the small screen!

Well, not quite yet, but try telling that to the folks at the Hallmark network.

This year their Countdown to Christmas - the eagerly awaited annual block of new Christmas movies - is beginning before Halloween!

While that might be a little soon to ring in the season, it looks like there are some great movies premiering this year.

When Calls the Heart fans are in luck, since they're getting a Christmas special set in Coal Valley, plus the show's stars, Erin Krakow and Daniel Lissing, are both starring in new movies.

There are also new Christmas flicks starring Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin, and LeAnn Rimes. Check out the complete schedule and pick out your must-see movies:
