Hawaiian Cheesecake Salad Is a Guilt Free Summer Treat

With summer here I think it' safe to say that most of try to stick to healthy eating with lots of fruit's and vegetables, and lots of exercising. Basically staying far and clear from unhealthy sweets, cab loaded foods, and all the things that may add a couple extra pounds to the summer physique we've worked so hard to get and maintain.

However with that being said, I'm also here to tell you that just because its summer doesn't mean you can't indulge in tasty desserts from time to time. Especially ones like this Hawaiian Cheesecake Salad!

Yup, that's right....I said it! Hawaiian Cheesecake Salad!

You may be asking yourself right about now on how something with the word "cheesecake" in it, could actually be healthy, but the truth is...it is!

Loaded with delicious and colorful fruit, this tasty treat allows you to indulge in a summer time dessert that's completely guilt free. So what are you waiting for? Get to the store, get your ingredients, and whip up a batch of this delicious salad.

Turkey Cucumber Sandwiches

1. In a medium sized bowl using electric hand mixers, whip cream cheese until it becomes smooth and free of any clumps.

2. Add in the dry cheesecake pudding mix and continue to beat until combined.

3. Slowly add in the cream, a couple tablespoons at a time and continue to beat until the cream blends in with the mixture, and the creamer is gone. Set aside.

4. In a large bowl, combine your cut up strawberries, oranges, pineapples, kiwi and mango.

5. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the fruit and use a spatula to combine.

6. In a small bowl, toss together the sliced up banana's and lemon juice (the lemon juice will help prevent the banana's from turning brown). Once the banana's have been coated, drain off the excess lemon juice and then combine the bananas into the mixture.

7. Allow mixture to chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

  • 1 pack of cream cheese
  • 1 pack of cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 cup of french vanilla creamer
  • 1 pound of strawberries cut into bite sizes
  • 3 kiwis cut into bite sizes
  • 2 mangos cut into bite sizes
  • 4 mandarin oranges pulled apart into sections
  • 1 can of pineapple tidbits
  • 1 banana sliced
  • juice from 1/2 a lemon
