S'mores are normally a summertime staple for me, but with this Hazelnut S'more Parfait recipe, you've got more than enough reasoning to eat the classic all year round!
This recipe combines delectable creaminess with undeniable chocolate in many forms. This parfait is really a good reason to whip out the culinary torch - that caramelized marshmallow on top is the showstopper with this recipe.
- 2 cups 35% cream, whipped
- 1/2 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread
- 1 cup graham crumbs
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 2 Bueno chocolate bars, chopped
- Chocolate sauce, to drizzle
Whip cream with hazelnut spread until medium peaks form.
Drizzle chocolate sauce into serving parfait cups and coat with graham crumbs.
Add hazelnut mousse 1/3 of the way up, add chopped Bueno and graham, repeat once more another 1/3 of the way up. Top with more mousse and chocolate drizzle.
Top with marshmallows and lightly torch marshmallows until golden. Serve and enjoy!
