As the month of December looms closer, most of us are getting giddy with excitement for the arrival of Christmas, arguably the best holiday out of them all.

While the birth of Christ is tutted to be "the most wonderful time of the year," it can be agonizing to wait an entire 365 days for the joyous occasion to return - but that ends now.

And all you have to do is visit 119 Christmas Tree Lane.

The Amenities

Located in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, The Inn at Christmas Place is a marvelous hotel that allows you to relish in the holiday every day of the year.

Furnished with a fully decorated Christmas tree, along with garland, wreaths and lights, you can book a trip to this festive resort and celebrate the yuletide with your loved ones while enjoying either the indoor and outdoor poo, hot tub and on-site gym.

The Suites

For those who want to get an extra ounce of holiday cheer, guests can rent out the Santa Suite, which along with several other luxurious amenities includes a fireplace with a fully decorated mantel and Christmas tree, tons of Santa paraphernalia and a special gift from Father Christmas himself.

The hotel is adjacent to The Incredible Christmas Place, a Christmas-themed village complete with souvenir shops and bakeries. It's also right by Dollywood.

The Activities

All kids will be treated to the musical stylings of St. Nick on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday nights, and hear him read storybooks on Mondays and Fridays, and don't forget to keep an ear to the ground for the glockenspiel that plays Christmas carols twice a day.

On The Inn at Christmas Place's website, the hotel states it hopes its guests' visit will inspire them to celebrate the spirit of Christmas year-round.

"Maybe you remember baking cookies with your kids or grand-kids or picking out the perfect Christmas tree and cutting it down," the website states.

"What about watching your favorite Christmas movies every year or singing carols to get in the Christmas spirit? Christmas can be defined through family, love, generosity, warmth, hope, excitement, and so much more."

The Inn was originally established in 2007, and the owners have no plans on hanging up their Santa hats anytime soon.

"We had no idea our guests would be interested in celebrating Christmas with us year round," they told PEOPLE about their opening.

"The truth is, because Christmas encompasses so many things for so many different people, it doesn't matter when you celebrate Christmas because for the past 11 years we have been Celebrating the Spirit of Christmas Every Day of the Year!"
