Biography Details That Prince Charles Felt Bullied Into Taking Princess Diana As His Bride. The Reason Will Leave You Utterly Speechless

To this very day, the world painfully mourns the loss of our precious Princess Diana. She was full of every single quality that a princess should embody: dignity, grace, beauty, and love for her people. Though she is no longer with us, her memory is kept vividly alive by her handsome sons and beautiful grandchildren. Oh, how she would have adored Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and the baby on the way!

Despite her positive attitude she had, her life out of the public's eye wasn't always rosy. Her marriage to Prince Charles was a rather rocky one, causing her more heartache than she ever deserved. Some often wondered if they were truly in love.

In a biography of Prince Charles' life, a devastating truth was revealed. When he and Diana were dating, he wasn't yet ready to get married. His father, Prince Philip, thought otherwise.

When they began dating, Prince Philip sent Charles a letter urging him to make a decision: either marry Diana or end the relationship. His reason for this proposed letter was because he feared Charles' indecisiveness would end up hurting Diana in the long run.

Prince Charles' cousin, Pamela Hicks, elaborated on the details of the relationship:

"He wasn't in love, he wasn't ready. He saw it as a ghastly threat. Psychologically, he assumed his father bullied him, so he read it as a bullying letter."

The entire family knew Charles still had an emotional attachment to his former love and now wife, Camilla Parker-Bowles. Despite these feelings, he listened to his father's bidding and went forward with the marriage to Diana. The rest is history.

This news comes as a shock and heartbreak to those who still love our late Princess. The world wanted nothing more than to see her happy and in love. She never let her heartaches hold her back from being her true self, and that is why she will forever hold a place in our hearts until the end of time.
