Racist Grandma Kidnaps 2-Day-Old Baby Because She Disapproves Of Father

A clash is brewing in Miami Florida between the local police and tribal police after a grandmother effectively kidnapped her daughter's two-day-old child directly from the hospital. Rebecca Sanders has always had a rocky relationship with her mother, Betty Osceola, ever since she started dating Justin Johnson, a Caucasian man and the father of the baby, Ingrid.

Ingrid's parents admit that they have had their issues and are no longer dating, but do plan to co-parent Ingrid, when she is returned to them. The path to Ingrid's kidnapping began when Betty arrived at the hospital and spotted Justin interacting with the baby girl. She then left and petitioned for custody of Ingrid with the tribal council.

Tribal police then called the local police and told them that needed backup while they served a "federal court order." Tribal Police took custody of Ingrid, stealing her away from her mother. Local Police admit that they did assist, but do explain that they were misled by the tribal police, and regret their decisions.

This case has now caught the attention of Florida Senator Marco Rubio who has since tweeted that the tribe used its court to "kidnap" the baby. Technically, as neither the grandmother or mother of the child do not live on the reservation, it was not in the jurisdiction of the tribal police to interfere. Hopefully, Ingrid will soon be returned to her mother's loving care.

This is a horrible story, and we know that sometimes we need a reminder of the good in the world after a horrible time like this!
