The Queen Bans Royal Workers From Bringing This One Thing With Them To Work And Many Are Unhappy About It

When you go to your job, there are rules in which you must follow. These rules vary with each establishment and some are more strict than others. For those that work for Queen Elizabeth at Buckingham Palace, they have a new rule to follow, and some have a thing or two to say about it.

The hired staff at Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle, and Sandringham House were just told that, per the Queen's orders, they will no longer be permitted to bring their dogs to work. In most jobs, this rule is a given, but, here, this was a hundred-year-old tradition.

The reason for this change of rule is due to fears of security, safety, and hygiene issues. According to sources, some have said, "It's an odd decision considering the Queen and her family are such dog lovers. Obviously, it doesn't affect the royal corgis."

A Palace spokesperson stated: "Decisions on allowing staff to bring dogs are taken on a case by case basis, taking into account all practicalities, the potential impact on the fabric of buildings and the owner's individual circumstances."

This news came as a great disappointment to many of the workers but they have willingly obeyed her wishes. What do you think about this? Do you think the Queen made the right decision?
