This Beauty Deemed 'Most Attractive Female Royal' And It Might Not Be Who You Think

We've all heard of "The Golden Ratio," the mathematical calculation is based on the Fibonacci numbers and is supposed to determine "perfect" physical beauty. While beauty is in the eye of the beholder, apparently there are certain facial proportions that are universally pleasing, a perception that is hard-wired into our brains.

Now we all know that there are very many beautiful faces among the Royal family, but Dr. Julian De Silva, who runs the Centre For Advanced Facial Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery in London, claims that one Royal rises above the others, at least according to the mathematical calculations of the "Golden Ratio of Beauty Phi."

Dr. Silva evaluated the faces of five of the current generation of Royals and ranked them on a purely mathematical basis. The subjects were:

Zara Phillips (daughter of Princess Anne and Captain Mark Phillips),

Princess Beatrice, and

Meghan Markle, finacée of Prince Harry (Ok, I know she is "technically" a royal yet, but just humor me.)

How do you think they did?

Here are Dr. Silva's results:

Fifth Place:

"Princess Eugenie had by far the lowest mark for her lips at 68.3% - 12 points behind any of the other princess[es]. She is a very pretty woman and scored well in other areas such as eye positioning."

Fourth Place:

"Beatrice scored highly for her nose which is beautifully shaped but had the lowest mark of all the princesses for her chin."

Third Place:

"Zara is few points behind [first and second place]. She is still a beautiful woman but is marked down by a weak chin and poor eye spacing."

Second Place:

"Kate stands out stands out for having a perfect gap between her nose and lips and very strong eye spacing. She was marked down for having a weaker chin and jawline than [the winner]. She is a striking woman and her scores mark her out as one of the most beautiful women in the world."

First Place:

"Meghan has beautiful facial symmetry and gets closer than any other princess to having what the Greeks considered the perfect face. Meghan has an almost perfectly shaped nose with a 98.5% score, her eye position is exactly right and she has a gorgeous V-shaped or heart-shaped chin which is the shape women most covet."
