That is why, we would like to show you an effective bodyweight workout that can help you get the most out of your glutes! This workout was created by Brynn Putnam, a certified trainer and founder of Refine Method.
In order to start working out, you don't need to buy a gym membership or special equipment. You will need a step and a set of light dumbbells.
This glutes workout consists of easy exercises such as, crossover lunges, side lunge shifts, single leg squats reach across, side skaters and single leg hip lifts. These exercises will strengthen your glutes and tone your legs.
If you are a beginner, you should do each exercise for one minute. But if you have a high fitness level, you may repeat this set of exercises two or three times. In order to obtain your fitness goals in a short time, you should perform this workout four times a week.
