Ever since my mom first explained the process of giving birth to me, the thought of what women go through during labor has frightened me enough into questioning whether I want kids at all. Honestly, I'm not sure I'd be strong enough to endure the pain of pushing out a seven- or eight-pound baby, epidural or not "” let alone a baby the size of this woman's youngest little girl.

Chrissy Corbitt, a mom of four from Keystone Heights, Florida, definitely isn't a stranger to big babies. In fact, her first two children were nine and 10 pounds at birth, so during her fourth pregnancy in 2017, she figured her baby girl would be born at about 10 pounds. Boy, was she wrong!

As Corbitt got closer to her due date, her belly grew larger and larger. "It was like she had a huge beach ball, and it was getting more and more inflated," her husband, Larry, told Inside Edition. When she finally gave birth via C-section at 39 weeks, she was stunned to see how big her daughter was and to hear how much she weighed.

"It was like I delivered a toddler," she said. At birth, Carleigh Brooke Corbitt weighed a shocking 13 pounds, 5 ounces. She was such a big baby that her parents were forced to donate all the newborn clothes they'd already bought for her. They also had to trade in the diapers they had for bigger sizes.

It's great to hear that despite her size, Carleigh came into the world happy and very healthy! As for me, I think I'll leave the whole mother thing to stronger women like Corbitt.
