Meet Chihuahua Boogie Shoes, who was abandoned by its former owner in the middle of Palm Springs "“ it was found in the middle of a local supermarket's car park, lying in the smothering heat. It was rescued by Palm Spring Animal Shelter, who engaged a foster mother named Alicia to take care of Boogie Shoes, who was named as so because he is always "˜dancing'. Boogie Shoes was born with physical disabilities, caused by Cerebellar Hypoplasia, triggering a permanent and non-curable birth defect in the poor pup. This causes the pup's movements to be off-sync with its brain, thus Boogie Shoes can never be a normal dog like the others. Check out Boogie Shoes below!
