4 Exercises to Improve Your Eyesight Without Glasses

The number of people with vision issues is on the rise, and believe it or not, 4 in 6 people will have problems with their vision. Laser surgeries are always an option, and not everyone is keen on wearing glasses. Pharmaceutical solutions work well in some cases.

The good news is that you can do something about your vision. First, find the root cause of your vision problem. Is it an age-related problem or a matter of genes?

Nearsighted and farsighted

You may find it simple, but we promise, it does wonders. Just sit in your chair and make sure there is a wide open space in front of you.

Focus on the objects in your surrounding, then aim for things that are far away from you. Switch your focus in 10 seconds. The exercise should last for 5 minutes, and provides excellent results.

Blink

It's one of the best ways to restore your vision and strengthen your eye muscles. You probably spend too much time in front of your computer. How often do you blink?

Your eyes suffer a big deal because of the fact that you don't blink often. Blinking prepares your eyes for new info, and the short period of darkness helps you process the things you see.

It's time to rely on your imagination. Just imagine that there's an invisible figure eight lying on its side, right in front of your. Move your eyes along its "shape" for 5 minutes. Switch direction, and go for another 5 minutes. This is an excellent exercise for your eye muscles.

Cover your face

Cover your eyes using your hands, but don't press them. There should be enough space for you to blink and watch in darkness. In what way is this beneficial for your eyes? It releases stress and tension. Do this when working on the computer.
