Wrapped Ginger "“ Treats Bad Cough And Removes Mucus From The Lungs In Just One Night, Especially Good For Kids! Recipes For Every Occasion

Coughs and colds are not serious health issues, but they can be highly irritating and annoying. Moreover, having a persistent cold can be a real nightmare while sleeping.

Since children have a weak immune system, they are especially prone to such issues.

Yet, cough syrups actually suppress the pathway of signals in the brain that stimulates severe coughing, and most of they contain codeine and dextromethorphan, which can cause various side-effects, like headaches, drowsiness, and an accelerated heartbeat.

Therefore, we suggest using the following natural, homemade wraps instead of cough syrups. They are safe for both, adults and children, and relieve even the most stubborn colds and coughs.

You will need:

Fresh ginger juice Honey

Flour Coconut oil Gauze

Napkin Bandage

Instructions: Mix honey and flour to make a paste, and drizzle a bit of coconut oil. Then, add the ginger juice, and roll the honey mixture in flour once more.

Next, transfer the paste onto a napkin, wrap it with gauze, and apply it on the chest or back.  Secure it with a bandage, and put on the pajamas. Adults should keep the wrap until the next morning, and children should keep it for 2-3 hours before bedtime. It might cause excessive sweating, but no other side-effects.

Ginger is a common ingredient in numerous tradition cough remedies, and it eases chest congestion, and relieves a sore throat.

Despite the numerous medicinal properties of this root, honey in this remedy will detoxify the body, relieve the cold and dislodge mucus from the lungs.

Some people like to make these ginger wraps using tin foil, just like Rachel Lim, Singapore, a mother who shared her experience with these amazing wraps on Facebook:

"Usually about 2-3hrs in his sleep [her baby], he would begin to cough profusely and whine. Last night I put foil on him, keeping it for 4 hours, and did not hear anything from him, no nasal congestion, no phlegm, not a sound! Throughout the night, not a single cough from him. "
