In case you're not aware, Fuller House star John Stamos and singer Nick Jonas have been involved in a pretty serious prank war.
Let's break down just how it all got started, because Stamos' most recent escalation is pretty shocking unless you've been following this story day by day.

First, Stamos was photographed wearing a t-shirt with Jonas' recently-reunited band, the Jonas Brothers pictured on it. Obviously touched by the gesture, Jonas stepped out in a hoodie with the photo of Stamos in his Jonas Brothers t-shirt printed on it.
"It's your move [John]," the singer wrote on Instagram, and the quirky challenge was officially started.
As if things weren't confusing enough, Stamos took the game to another level by posing with a pillow featuring a photo of Jonas in his custom hoodie.
Not to be outdone, Nick had a photo of Stamos sleeping with the custom pillow printed on a duvet, and shared a snap of himself cozied up underneath it.
At this point, Stamos must have been wondering how he could outdo the pop star, because the actor took drastic - and permanent - measures to win the prank war.
In a new Instagram post, Stamos showed off what looks like a tattoo of Nick Jonas' face on his arm.
"#Jobrosforlife," the actor captioned the photo.
There's no telling if the new dad actually went through with the tattoo, but all three of the Jonas brothers are obviously upset by the very thought.
"Okay...okay..." Nick commented on the photo. His brother Kevin replied "No way!" to the tattoo, while Joe posted a crying-laughing emoji under the photo.
Stamos' wife Caitlin shared her thoughts on the photo as well, teasing that Nick Jonas "will have to name his firstborn John Stamos."
And, in case you're curious, Stamos is completely sincere about his love for the former Disney band.
"I am the fourth Jonas Brother," he told ET. "I love those guys."
