The award-winning actor has always been seen as strange as the characters he plays on screen. There's no telling what's on his mind.

When recent images of Johnny Depp surfaced looking like he lost a lot of weight and shaved his head, we expected the worst.

Fans were concerned about his health while he was on tour in Russia with his band, Hollywood Vampires.

To be fair, the 55-year-old actor's life hasn't been sunshine and rainbows.

In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, Depp opened up about his struggle with depression, drug use, his divorce from Amber Heard, and his financial issues.

"I was as low as I believe I could have gotten. The next step was, "˜You're going to arrive somewhere with your eyes open and you're going to leave there with your eyes closed.' I couldn't take the pain every day," he said about his legal troubles.

All these personal tragedies has taken a toll on the Pirates of the Caribbean star, but he said going on tour has helped him cope with the pain.

Now the father-of-two has something else to be worried about: his son.

Jack Depp

Sixteen-year-old Jack Depp reportedly has "serious health problems" after his mother, Vanessa Paradis, missed the Paris premiere of her movie A Knife in the Heart on Tuesday.

According to French press, the film's director, Yann Gonzalez, said at the screening that the French musician and actress was unable to be there because her son had fallen ill.

Depp is currently on tour, so Paradis had to stay home with her son.

This isn't the first time that Depp's children have become seriously ill.

In 2007, Lily-Rose Depp was hospitalized after getting E. coli, which temporarily caused kidney failure.

What We Know About Jack

John Christopher Depp III isn't anything like his 19-year-old sister who loves to have a social media presence. He stays away from the limelight as much as possible.

If his parents never talked about him, we would know nothing about the celebrity kid.

"My boy Jack is...very simple, low-key, solid," Depp said on The Late Show with David Letterman in June 2013. "You know, one word texts, "˜Yep. Nope, Same.'"

According to his father, Jack likes drawing and music.

Jack was last seen photographed with his mother at Charles De Gaulle airport in Paris on June 25.

According to The Sun, he seemed to be in "good spirits."

We haven't heard anything before about the teenager having serious health problems, but we hope whatever he's going through is curable.

Sarah Hyland was recently hospitalized "against her will." Click here to read more about the story.
