Since 2007, the Kardashian-Jenner brood has taken Hollywood by storm.
Thanks to their reality show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the famous family have skyrocketed into fame, with the public in awe of their every move.
Much of their success is due to the work ethic of the siblings's "momanger" Kris Jenner, who is known on the show for her ruthless management skills.
But that doesn't mean she hasn't had her fair share of wacky storylines as well, like when she adopted Suzie the Chimp, or spiked Bruce's coffee with Viagara - only to be drunk by her son.
This time however, the 62-year-old has been making waves on the small screen by cutting off her earlobes.
On Jan. 15's episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kris revealed her biggest insecurity: the size of her earlobes. Claiming they are "the biggest earlobes in the universe," she tells her shocked daughters she considers wearing earmuffs on a night out.
"Mom, you're just being dramatic," Khloe remarked. "First of all you don't have big earlobes and now you're nitpicking."
Kris vocalized her turmoil for the rest of the episode, letting her insecurities get the best of her.
"I can't afford for my diamonds to get any bigger," Kris said. "All I want is just cute ears!"
"I learned that your nose and your ears keep growing your whole life. I think that the decision to do something about my ever-changing ears is suddenly a priority," she continued.
Eventually, Kris decided to take Kim and visit Dr. Jason Diamond, who told her there was actually a simple solution to her low-hanging ears. Dubbed an earlobe reduction surgery, a doctor just has to slice out a portion of an individual's earlobe, and then simply stitch the halves back together for a smaller ear size.
"The procedure takes about 30 minutes," Diamond said. "It looks good in three days. That alone will take five, 10 years off of you."
By the end of the episode, Kris was thrilled with the results, and had the support of her kids.
"Watching this is crazy. I'm very uncomfortable. But, you know what? Do what you gotta do," Kim said in the show's confessional. "If you have to cut half your ear off, all good. I'm here to support you."
Would you ever undergo earlobe reduction surgery?
