'Little People, Big World' Stars Reveal Their Next Career Move And It's Exciting

It has a been a roller coaster of a year for the Roloff family, who rose to fame through their popular TLC show Little People, Big World.

After more than ten years of being on television and letting people into their home, patriarch Matt started hinting about the show coming to an end, while some members of the family decided that they were ready to move on from constantly being on camera.

Jacob and Molly were the first to quit the show. Molly explained that she wanted to turn her focus on school, and when she got married in 2017, she decided to not return.

As for her brother, he called the show "fake and scripted," and revealed on social media that he felt like he was cheated out of the money he was supposed to receive for being a part of the series.

While Jacob and the rest of the Roloffs did mend the rough patches, it wasn't enough to bring him back on the show.

This July, it was Jeremy and his wife Audrey's turn to say goodbye. They took to Instagram to announce that they were leaving the show along with their little daughter Ember Jean.

The statement read:

This is an announcement concerning Jeremy Roloff and his family specifically:

After 14 years, over 300 episodes, and 17 seasons, the time has come. A year ago I made the decision that this season would be our last. It has been an amazing run, and I can't say thank you enough to all of you who have watched and supported us along the ride. We have the most loyal fans on TV and we appreciate every one of you. You are what made doing this so fun.🙏🏼

We will still be supporting the family as they carry the #LPBW torch onward. This is a decision concerning Audrey and me specifically - the show must go on! That being said, we're not disappearing. We have a lot of exciting stuff in the works and are eager to continue the work that the Lord has called us to!

Again, we thank you, and always enjoy when we get a chance to meet one of you. Whether it be in the airport, on the street, at pumpkin season or at one of our upcoming Beating50percent events! THANK YOU for all the love and support. Your messages, comments, gifts, and mail are noticed and appreciated. ❤️You guys are the best. Thank you for respecting our decision.

I also want to give a big thank you to the team at TLC. Thanks for putting up with us;) You've provided us with a grand opportunity and for that we are forever grateful. *you can watch the video on my IGTV.

Under the mercy, -Jeremy

Although longtime fans were sad to see the couple go, both Jeremy and Audrey revealed that they had found another calling and already had some "exciting things in the works."

The couple, who got married in 2014, kept their plans on the down low, but it seems like they're finally ready to let us in on some of the excitement: They're starting a podcast!

Audrey let the secret out about their major career plans on Instagram writing, "Did you hear the news?! We are starting a podcast!!!"

She revealed that their audio show will be covering a range of topics, including "some raw, unfiltered, down to earth conversations about relationships, friendships, family, entrepreneurship, running a business with your spouse, social media, fitness, marriage, faith, goal setting, hot topic issues, being new parents, our most embarrassing moments from the week and behind the scene of life with us and some of our favorite people!"

The mom-of-one asked her followers to share suggestions for what they'd want to hear them talk about or who they think should be a guest on the on the unnamed podcast.

They definitely have no shortage of ideas as people took to the comments with some great suggestions. One mom wanted to know more about the "different perspectives and tips on how to raise/discipline a child," while another asked: "What it was like being in the spotlight and how it affected you and your relationship."

Neither Audrey nor Jeremy shared a premiere date for their podcast, but we'd definitely understand if they need more time. The pair have been incredibly busy being parents to their daughter and working on their marriage blog Beating 50 Percent. They also have a book, titled A Love Letter Life: Pursue Creatively, Date Intentionally, Love Faithfully, slated to come out April 2019.

We're so happy that they found their calling after leaving Little People, Big World behind,  and we can't wait for them to spill more details about the podcast!
