It's everyone's dream to have their celebrity crush respond to the tweets or DMs you send them. Does it happen often? No.
But when it does, oh it is glorious.
Just ask Sylvia Wilson, who contacted Michael B. Jordan through Instagram, and later found herself snapping photos with the Black Panther star.
Wilson found out Jordan was filming a movie on her campus, and she messaged him to ask why.
"I asked him, 'Do you want me to get you a smoothie in exchange for a picture?' and he DMed me back a couple hours later and was like, 'OK, you don't have to buy me a smoothie. Just come to the trailer later and we'll take a pic.'"

Wilson and a few friends met up with Jordan and hung out for a while, but then a crowd started forming.
"He didn't really want that," Wilson said. "He originally said only six people could come because he didn't want a whole bunch of people knowing that he was on campus."
But Wilson did get those pictures she wanted.

The photos have over 33,000 retweets on Twitter, and Wilson said she's surprised by the attention.
"I am a big Marvel person. I just thought it would be cool, since he was on campus, to take a picture if I could."
so I slid in his DM's, and then this happened ✨ pic.twitter.com/Jfm0Tj4dms

If this isn't inspiration to shoot your shot, I don't know what is.
