Gluten-Free, No Carb Turkey and Cucumber Sandwiches

Bread is being taken out of a lot of people's diets all over the world and now we face the global conundrum of how do we make a simple sandwich!?

Cucumber is the new sandwich bread and it's a crisp refreshing version of bread you never knew you needed. Try this with any toppings you like!


  • 1 English cucumber
  • Cream cheese
  • Fresh dill
  • Sliced deli turkey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Cut down the ends of the cucumber. Slice into long pieces, then cut each piece horizontally to ¼-inch slices to form the flatbread" of the sandwiches.
  2. To assemble the sandwiches, lay out a cucumber slice, then sprinkle on salt and pepper to taste. Spread cream cheese, add turkey, and a sprinkle of dill, then top with another cucumber slice. Add more salt, pepper, and dill, if desired.
  3. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
