The Trailer For 'I Am Paul Walker' Has Just Been Released So Get Your Tissues Ready

It's been five years since Paul Walker's tragic passing, but Hollywood isn't about to forget the talented actor anytime soon.

Several celebrities have spoken out over the years about how they reacted to Walker's death, including his The Fast & The Furious co-star Vin Diesel, who even named his daughter Pauline after his late best friend.

"When I heard, I immediately flew back to California, and went directly from the plane to his mother's house...," Diesel wrote in a Facebook post. "I thought they needed my strength, but realized when I got there and broke down before his family, that it was I who needed theirs."

"His mother hugged me and said I am so sorry... I said sorry? You're the mother who lost a son?... She said yes, but you lost your other half," he continued.

Walker's 19-year-old daughter, Meadow had also paid tribute to her father over the years, and even launched the Paul Walker Foundation nearly three years ago.

"Reflecting on my father, I found myself reflecting on his passions. His passion for the ocean, his passion for rescuing animals, his passion for helping people and his passion for spontaneous goodwill," she captioned an Instagram photo in 2015.

"I wanted to start this foundation because I want to share that piece of him with the world. I want to share that part of him with others. I am tremendously proud to be launching The #PaulWalkerFoundation (@paulwalkerfdn) on his birthday. I can't think of a better way to celebrate my father. #DoGood," Meadow continued.

But celebrities aren't the only ones giving recognition to Walker. The trailer for the documentary I Am Paul Walker just dropped, that will feature footage from his actor's early life and heartfelt interviews with his loved ones discussing his lasting legacy that lives on past his death.

The upcoming documentary is set to air on August 11 the Paramount Network at 9pm.
