While most people are attending ugly Christmas sweater parties, cookie exchanges, and potlucks, there are a few who are switching things up and bringing a bit of a twist to the usual holiday party.

Pop star Pink and her husband Carey Hart recently had the chance to attend a Christmas party that was anything but typical.

The pair, who have been married since 2006, were invited to a famous-couple-themed holiday bash and they did not disappoint with their costume.

Instead of going for the usual Barbie and Ken or Danny and Sandy, Pink and Carey decided to channel the iconic on-screen duo and real-life power couple Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz.

Lucille and Desi famously portrayed Lucy and Ricky Ricardo on the 50s sitcom I Love Lucy. The pair were also married, but their relationship ended in divorce in 1960.

As for Pink and Carey, they went all out with their outfits and totally nailed their looks. The "Beautiful Trauma" singer wore a red 50s style flare dress, shiny red pumps, and of course, Lucy's signature red hairdo. Meanwhile, Carey looked dapper in a tux and bowtie paired with black and white Oxford shoes.

Pink shared a couple of photos of herself and Carey from the night on Instagram and in the caption she wrote, "I really do love Lucy."

Fans immediately took to the comment section to compliment the parents of two.

"Simply perfection!!!," wrote one user, while another said, "You both look absolutely splendid."

Carey's comment sections was also busy after he posted a photo of their costumes.

"Guess she's not Pink anymore she's red 😂," one fan joked.

Another made a reference to one of the show's most famous lines, writing, "You two look amazing & nailed it! Do you give her a 'Hey Lucy, I'm home!?'"

It was certainly a fun night out for Pink and Carey, but the entertainer is very happy to be back to being herself as her recent post indicated.

"In the midst of all the craziness of the holiday season and of life in general, I am trying to find the way back to myself," Pink wrote on Instagram. "Always looking for ways to ground. I am nothing without me."
