Yes, these days everyone is downsizing, and that includes Hollywood's biggest stars.
After buying a gorgeous 10 acres of property in the heart of California's wine country more than a decade ago, actor Robert Redford is ready to say goodbye.
And that means all of us who could only dream of owning property like this can take a peek inside...
Comfort And Style In Wine Country
As you might have heard, Redford is finally ready to retire from acting at age 82, and he says selling his home in Napa Valley is part of his retirement plan.
Redford told The Wall Street Journal that he will be moving into his home near San Francisco full-time, to be closer to family in his golden years.
But after seeing photos of his wine country property, we can bet Redford and his wife, painter Sibylle Szaggars, will miss it.
The property is named Danza del Sol (or Sundance, like the film festival founded by Redford), and is nestled into the heart of California's most famous wine region.
Like the valley itself, the estate has a nice blend of rustic scenery and luxurious California comfort.
There is just over 5,000 square feet of space between all of the buildings on the lot, including the main house, artist's workshop, and garage workshop.
With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, the main home has plenty of space and cozy features, including a stone fireplace, breakfast nook, and views of the rolling hills from the kitchen window.
Wood furniture and beamed ceilings throughout the home make the entire space feel warm and inviting.
But the real gem of the house is the bathroom, which includes two tubs (one a spa-sized soaker), a rain shower, and twin vanities.
Of course, there's a large pool in the backyard for those warm California days, with a hot tub and a shady cabana on the deck.
But around the property there's even more to discover: the detached garage features a workshop, there's a raised bed vegetable garden, and the artist's shop (where Szaggars works) is built like a tiny home, with its own bedroom and bathroom.
