Serve Beer-Battered Cheese Curds with a Side of More Beer for next Game Night!

By themselves these chewy cheese treats are super addictive, but adding beer and deep frying these guys takes this to a new level of can’t live without them!

Chewy and gooey on the inside and fried up crispy on the outside, simply put a bowl of these down and in no time you're guests will be begging for more!


  • 5 ounces beer
  • 5 ounces pancake mix
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 ½  lbs cheese curds
  • oil (for frying)


  1. Make sure the cheese curds are at room temperature.
  2. Mix beer, pancake mix, salt, and egg.
  3. Dip curds in batter and drop one at a time into heated oil (425-450F). Fry for about 1 minute or until golden brown.
  4. Drain on paper towel.
