Take A Look Inside Donald Trump's 5 Most Luxurious Homes

Way before Donald Trumped assumed the position of the President of the United States of America, he was a business tycoon with properties in cities all over the world.

The 45th president had to move into the White House after his inauguration on January 20, but he still opted to spend a good chunk of his time (66 of his 207 days in office) at one of his many luxurious properties.

Here's a look inside 6 of them:

1. Trump Tower Penthouse

The ornate penthouse is located in the heart of New York City at 725 Fifth Avenue. Trump commissioned the interior designers to model the three-level penthouse after the Palace of Versailles and they did not disappoint.

Take a look:

Fit for a billionaire, the pad is decorated with 24-carat gold accents, classic paintings, an indoor fountain, and marble walls.

The space overlooks Central Park and it is rumored that his youngest son, Baron, has an entire floor to himself.

2. Seven Springs Estate

Located in Westchester, New York, the lavish mansion was built in 1919 for World Bank's first president. Trump bought the property in 1996 for $7.5 million and had plans to turn it into a golf course, but two decades later, he is using it as a vacation home instead.

The 50,000-square-foot house has 60 rooms, including 15 bedrooms, a barn with stables, a bowling alley and three swimming pools.

3. Trump Vineyard Estates

Trump bought the Charlottesville, Virginia estate for a bargain price of $8.5 million and it may be worth upwards of $170 million today. The President transferred the title to his son Eric a few years ago.

The 1,100 acre property includes vineyards and a 23,000 square foot main building named Ablemarle House. It boasts 45 rooms, a movie theater, and horse stable. Rates start at $299 per night.

Trump has two personal penthouses at his Trump Park Avenue tower. The 6,200 square foot apartment is one of his smaller properties with 5 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, a library and a private elevator.

According to Just Richest, Trump sold one of the penthouses in 2015 to the founder of the supermarket chain Fresh Market for more than $21 million.

5. Mar-A-Lago

You've probably heard of Mar-a-Lago in the news on more than one occasion. Trump spends a lot of time at the 128-room mansion (he calls it the "winter White House") in Palm Beach, Florida, and even wrote his inaugural address there.

Town and Country

The 17-acre property was acquired by Trump in 1985, and a decade later, he transformed it into a hotel and private club.

Mar-a-Lago features a 20,000 sqaure foot ballroom adorned with $7 million worth of gold leaf, 58 bedrooms, 33 bathrooms, 12 fireplaces, and 3 bomb shelters.
