It's a poem written by a Dutch writer named Dr. Gerard Trenite in 1920 called "The Chaos." He included it in an English textbook he wrote for Dutch people, but it can be hard for native speakers as well.
Read this poem out loud and see if any words stump you. They say only 1 in 10 people can read the whole thing perfectly.
