The Use For Pepto Bismol No One Knows About

Nausea, heartburn, indigestion, upset stomach, care?

A new use for Pepto Bismol has people covering their faces in the pink medicine to get clear, healthy skin!

The new facial techniques boasts its ability to tighten pores and prevent breakouts.

It's a cheap alternative to a $20 face mask and it takes just 20 minutes to do...but does it work?

Dermatologist Dr Rebecca Baxt says Pepto Bismonl does actually contain ingredients to help your skin. "It contains bismuth subsalicylate which is a metal plus a similar chemical to salicylic acid which is FDA approved for acne treatment," she said.

The treatment, of course, won't cure your face of acne. But it will help to reduce redness and breakouts, which is always welcome!

The only downsides that have been reported are the smell, which is understandable. But once you get passed that, you're in the clear!
