This Is How Much The World's Most Expensive Taco Costs

We've definitely all over-paid for food before. An extra $10 here or there for that appetizer, add on dessert, super-size that, whatever you're guilty of don't worry, you're not alone.

But how much is too much to spend on food? One restaurant is testing that theory.

Frida, the restaurant at Grand Velas Los Cabos in Mexico, is serving up the world's most expensive taco. But it's going to cost you more than it would for extra guacamole.

The taco contains Kobe beef, Almas Beluga caviar, langoustines and black truffle brie cheese. It's topped with Morita chile pepper salsa, civet coffe, and Ley.925 ultra-premium aƱejo tequila. All of this is served on a gold flaked taco shell.

The total cost?

A whopping $25,000.

Yep, that's right. If you've got an extra $25,000 lying around, you can enjoy this taco that will last exactly 15 seconds.

It makes sense, though. This resort in an all-inclusive which is worth $150 million. It costs $750 per night (for double occupancy) and serves $150,000 tequila at the bar.

So I guess if you really want to scratch something off the bucket list, eating this would be an option.

Would you eat this taco if it cost you $25,000? Let us know!
