<div><p>We already showed you <a href="https://www.shared.com/this-cat-is-constantly-mad-at-you-2055593103/">Lilly</a>, the cat who is constantly mad at you with her crazy eyebrows. </p><p>But now, it's time to meet Sam, the cat who is constantly shocked. </p><p>When Sam was 8 weeks old, his eyebrows started to become more noticeable and his owner posted a picture of it online. As he grew they got bigger and started to spread out.
