  • ½ cup fresh orange juice

  • 1 ¼ cup boiling water
  • ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk

For the topping:

  • 2 ¼ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 cake pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Mix up the cake ingredients in a large bowl using a hand mixer until well-combined.
  3. Pour the batter into your prepared pan then follow baking directions on the box, or until a toothpick comes out with crumbs.

  8. Once cake has cooled completely, spread the whipped cream evenly over the top of the cake, and decorate with orange candy slices.
